XI. GENERAL MEETINGS
(B) Annual General Body Meetings (Bye Law No 94(a), 94(b) and 95)
Bye Law No 94(a) Period within which annual general body meeting should be held
The Annual General Body Meeting of the Society shall be held on or before 30th September each year as provided under Section 75(1) of the Act. (as there is no provision for extension of time to hold AGBM)
Bye Law No 94(b)
In case of default in calling the Annual General Body Meeting as stipulated in bye-law 94(a) above, shall attract disqualification and action as provided under section 75(5) of the Act.
