- Leadership and Oversight
The Chairman presides over all General Body Meetings (Annual and Special) and Managing Committee (MC) meetings.
They ensure that meetings are conducted per the rules and maintain order during discussions.
2. Execution of Society Resolutions
Responsible for implementing the decisions taken in the General Body and Managing Committee meetings.
Works with the Secretary and Treasurer to execute resolutions effectively.
3. Supervision and Control
Exercises overall control over the functioning of the society and its office bearers.
Ensures that the society complies with the provisions of the MCS Act, Rules, and Model Bye-laws.
4. Financial Oversight

Acts as a mediator in disputes between members or between members and the Managing Committee.
7. Signatory Authority
Acts as a joint signatory (with the Secretary or Treasurer) for important society documents, bank transactions, and legal agreements.
